Answer
Hello Tim,

I found no record of your token, although it sounds familiar, I may have seen it in someone’s collection. And I know I have seen the Motto.  Sorry I could not help I took a few days looking at catalogs and asking around for your answer, but to no avail.
My field is US Mint Coinage. You can try another expert at this site Neil S. Berman answering questions about "any Territorial coin made or issued"
Here is his link     http://www.allexperts.com/user.cgi?m=4&expID=59721&catID=2297
Tell him the size, color and what you think it is made of as well.
Again sorry I can't help
Happy Holiday
