hello kevin, i would really appreciate your help i live in liverpool england and was left some old coins by my great grandfather any information and value would be geratly appreciated.

sixpence pieces 1921
               1937
               1941
               1960
farthing 1932
half penny 1932
          1941
          1944
          1945
          1960 x 2
one penny 1863 1900 1902 1903 1904 x 2 1907 1911 1915 1017 x 2 1918 x 2 1919 x 3 1920 1921 x 3 1927 1928 1936 1937 1938 x 3 1939 x 3 1961 x 3 1962 1964 1965 1966 1967 x2.
i also have acoin that is slightly smaller in size to a penny dated 1844.
again i woul appreciate any help or valuation of the coins and if you could flag up any rare ones.

Hi John,

All of these pieces are common dates. Assuming that they're all well circulated pieces that were saved from circulation in the late 1960s (when decimal coins were introduced), virtually all of them are of relatively low value (ie. 10p-15p each). The 1921 and 1937 sixpences are made of .500 silver, and thus contain 30p worth of silver each.

I would require further information on the 1844 piece to assist with identifying it.
