Question
What is the value of Susan B. Anthony's dollars when first circulate until the last date of printing? What is the value of JFK half a dollars years 1967- 1980?

Answer
Hello Mattie,

The Susan B. Anthony was made in 1979 to 1981 and again in 1999. They were made at all three mints. The whole set consists of 11 circulation coins and 4 proof specimen coins.

They are only collected in Mint State  Grade by collectors at this time.
As for a rough price range and since Coins are valued on a scale from 1 to 70.  So depending on the grade and any damage to the coins (like having been cleaned, nicked, dented scratched etc.) here are some ranges of value:

The Anthony dollars sell at face value up to 1.50  for circulated coins. Only Mint State, Proof or type coins sell higher. Circulated coins are traded at face value so it is alright to spend them. In Mint Grades 63 to 66 they sell above face value from $2 to $5 each.

The Half Dollar from 1967 to 1970 sell for about .70 cents in circulated grades. In mint state grades only are they selling from $1.00 to about $5.00 each depending on grade etc..

From 1971 on only worth $1 to $2 in Mint State only.
They are not rare at all.

If you have any S mint mark coins write me again. Since there were both Nickel and Silver proofs made the value is higher for them.
