QUESTION: hi and thanks for taking my question. i have two lamps that i got out of my father's house ( i'm 51
yrs. old ).i have seen them in my dad's storage shed sitting on a shelf for as long as i can remember,
and i think he said they were his mothers.  it stands 30 inches tall and the little girl being 8 inches
tall. she seems hollow not solid and she stands on a two inch piece of cut glass and below that one
inch marble, and the bottom base looks like its made of copper and then coated with brass. it has no
numbers or other kinds of markings to id. it , except the socket where it says leviton    made in u s.a   
250w 250v ... i have two of them and they are in good shape (no chips, cracks or dends except for
the gold coloring is tired and aged. i would like to find out the age and the value of them so i know
where to put them... in the safe or in the kids room.. thanks for your help ... jim

Hi, sorry for the delay. These lamps were popular from the late 40s and still produced in the 50s and 60s. with the shades and in working condition the are worth about $50 to $75 each. These style lamps are fairly common. What I mean is that most antique malls you would find at least one of them.
