Question I have a pair of scissors 6inches long. they are stamped with betsy ross and have the number 83 imprinted on the inside when you open them. they look like a regular scissor, the handles are not real thick. Do you know anything about this particular scissor?
Answer Hello Barbara. I'm afraid I'm not up on my scissors! There are a couple of books out dedicated just to them, but they might be hard to come by. Did you check your local library?
