Question
Hi Rodger, I have a 1980s arcade size Centipede machine in excellent working order with great paint on cabinet, and also a 1960s Gottlieb Diamond Jack in good condition, needs a few minor repairs to be in better working order.  Can you give me a ballpark value on each machine?  thanks.

Answer
Hi Laura,

Sorry for the delay, I been moving and the computer isn't set up yet but I do have this laptop and got notice I had questions pending. So, your Diamond Jack pinball game was made in 1967, there were 650 of these games made, value is $900.00 as of 2007. The Centipede was made by Atari and came out in 1981, I have to be honest with you here and tell you I am not great with these video games, so I am going right from the book, and it's value is listed as $500.00 to $750.00 in 2004.

Hope this has you all up to speed of your great games, these are a pair of nice ones to have!
Thank You
Rodger Knutson

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
