Question
I bought a large table(about 6 feet long) that has 2 yard sticks embedded in the top of the table. I was wondering what it was used for.
Hello Donna,
Although this might not be the correct answer and might be outside of my expertise, my guess is that this is a "fabric cutting" table. You might have seen these tables in stores like Jo-Ann's Fabrics and the yardstick would be there to measure the fabric against for a customer's purchase of a yard of fabric or trim for instance.
