Subject: 1950 shuffle alley that's never been vended

Question
I've inherited my uncle's old Chicago Coin "Shuffle Alley" from 1950.  It was played less than 10 times. It looks great and works great. The glass has a small slice in it.
It's for 6 players and has never been vended.  The heavy puck is also in good shape. Can you tell me it's worth and how I could go about selling it, please?

Answer
They usually sell for $500-1000 depending upon condition.  However, if yours is a super clean example with very little or no play if may sell for a premium.  They can be difficult to sell since they are big and heavy.  The easiest option is to try to sell it locally.  You could call the antique shops or malls in your area.  You could consign it there or maybe one of the dealers who be able to find a buyer.
Good Luck,
Chad
