Subject: wooden horses
Question
I purchased these two horses at a flea market, one in TN and the other in KY. I was wanting to learn more about their orgin, or the time they were made. I just fell in love with them and any information would be great. Thank You
Answer both of these horses are cheap knock-offs made by machine in the Philippines. These have been mass produced and imported since the late 1970's. They have no value to a carousel art collector. As a decorative piece they'd probably command up to $100.00 retail.
