I would like to talk with you about Free sewing machines.
You said you didn't have much info about them. I don't either, but would like too. My Great Grandfather was the president of that company at one time. Thank you for any info you may have.

Hello Kathryn,
Thanks for contacting me.  I do not have a whole lot of knowledge when it comes to domestic home sewing machines other than what I can find off the internet and some of the information I have gathered for my personal files over the years.  My knowledge is more in the vein of Toy or Miniature collectible sewing machines.
If you read back through my Q & A sections, you will find reference to a website link that takes you to the Smithsonian archives.  This may be your best place to research your Free sewing machine.  If you are able to further your research and you are willing to share it, please do not hesitate to email me and I will happily share it with others who may also be searching for this information.
