I found these needles tucked away in a box I bought at a garage sale. Can you give me any history or possibly a date or circa for these needles. I am not interested in selling them, I want to frame them for display. I am very proud of my find. I read your past response and understand you have a friend that knows needles.. enclosed are pics
Answer Hello Janet. Needlebooks are collectible and still very reasonably priced. From your picture, the majority of the ones you show are not very old and would probably be valued at $1-5 each. The larger pieces, if complete (insides in tact) and in excellent condition would sell for $5-$10. There is a newsletter for needle packet/needle book collectors. If you would like to email me personally, I can put you in touch with her. I like your idea of framing your collection for display! Barb
