Question
I have a coffee/tea set including coffee/tea, open sugar pot, and cream recipient, by James Dixon and Sons.  I understand they are not silver, but rather pewter.  They are marked as follows:  coffee: 5, JAMES DIXON & SONS, F (or P) P R M, 2707; sugar: A 3, JAMES DIXON & SONS, F? P R M, 2707; I don't have the creamer at hand.

Are they worth anything?  Thank you in advance,

Luis

Answer
Thanks for your question but I do not give appraisals for items. I suggest you research it yourself or contact one of the one-line services that will give you a value. I'm sure they have value if they are pewter and I can tell you do not clean them till you talk to an appraiser.
Thanks,
 Rob
