Question

Speedball Bowler
My friend needs to sell an old coin-operated bowling machine he found in his father's basement after he passed away.  It was purchased in the late 50's and was home-use only.  It's called Speedball Bowler, shuffle alley type, up to 6 players.  Made by United Mfg., Chicago, Illinois.  It is made completely out of wood (oak I believe) and is very good shape.  Working condition.  Small hole in backglass (plastic). Any idea what it's worth?

Answer
Teri,

Shuffle alley bowlers usually sell for $400-700 depending upon condition. However, they can be difficult to sell due to the size.  It is usually cost prohibitive to ship a bowler so it is best to find a local buyer if possible.  Let me know if you have any other questions.

Good Luck,
Chad
