Question

Sewing machine Pic
Hi, I have a child's sewing machine in my garage, I have no idea how old it is and would liek to sell it. Could i send you some pictures to see if you recognise it or could tell me what it may be worth or whether to just throw it away?
Thank you
vicki

Answer
Hello Vicki,
I did not find information that seems to relate 'exactly' to your machine but ...
In my file I do have info. on the Singer "Little Touch and Sew" which is so similar to your machine.  The Little Touch and Sew was made in different color variations and came with different accessories i.e. a polystyrene console that converted into a desk.
Machine dates to the 1970's and the original selling price ranged from $17.00 to $25.00
Hope this helps.

Expertise

I have been a collector of antique sewing tools and thimbles for over 30 years. I am also a dealer in this field and sell on eBay under the name -- serengeti2. I am NOT, and I repeat NOT an expert on antique or vintage domestic household sewing machines used for everyday home sewing. I can offer help when it comes to TOY or miniature collectible sewing machines ONLY.
