It is not John Bel Geddes but Norman Bel Geddes rather. I have a complete bedroom set from his designs. You can Wikki him, although there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of information on him during his time at Simmons just that he designed a line of furniture for them. I did however discover that his furniture designs were unveiled in the Macy's window. His designs were considered futuristic.

I'd have to totally and completely disagree with the answer above from a so-called furniture expert. A total loss? I hope you did not heed that advice. These metal furniture pieces are in high demand in any condition. Check some website like Urban Remains in Chicago and see how much this pieces are selling for.
