Question
QUESTION:   I wrote about mills  coke machine, what I meant to say was that the price guide on this machine was a higher price than what is reasonable for a collector? I would love to see a collector buy it,than someone who will sell it and not want to keep. I realize this may happen anyway. I am not very good with computer so I am sorry I can not show you any pictures.
  Thanks again Jennie

ANSWER: Hi Jennie,

I understand about the photo's, but I found it in the book just fine based on your information and your model number. I wrote the rest of the information you requested in the question you asked, just before this one already, so just look at that question for all the answers.

QUESTION:   Hi thank you very much for your prompt response to my question about the mills coke machine. Do you think that the current book prices on  coke machines is correct? It shows my machine as rare and spendy. It is totally original and working. Please feel free to give my contact information to interested parties.

Answer
Thank you,

I can only quote the value stated but I think you will have a hard time finding a buyer for that amount, right now everything has nose dived a lot in the past two years. You machine sounds like a good one but selling something for top dollar takes a lot of work and time if it can be done at this time. You can advertise it for that price and see if anyone calls on it. Value is one thing and finding a buyer is a whole another problem when selling for value. If someone asks I'll try to get in touch with you but I don't have your email or anything, all experts works like this. If you want me to have your contact information you will have to write me at Jackpot7@.q.com

Thank You

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
