jukeboxes
Hi Roger
I have a question about two jukeboxes, I shall attach pics of them, please tell me what vintage they are as well as what they would be worth.
Many thanks
Anton

Answer
Hi Anton,

This is a standard console model type of jukebox, made in the mid 70's I would guess. These don't show up listed in antique jukebox reference yet, as they're just not old enough to show up listed as antiques yet. value on jukebox's like this, is mostly just what you can sell it for to someone looking for a working jukebox for a party room or something. Jukebox's like this sell from 300.00 to 600.00 on average, for this kind of used market. For more information on these, just check with your phone book listed, amusement supply or dealer, they have them warehoused, used, and probably sell them from used equipment stock if some buddy asks for a used jukebox. They could give you used value on it better then I, as there dealing with selling used ones everyday and would know what you might be able to get for it. when you are asking about them, know the manufacture names, and the model numbers of them, for identification. It should be listed on a serial number tag on back of the jukebox somewhere. In a nutshell Anton, these are not antiques yet, and the value is only as used jukebox's. As used jukebox's, I see jukebox's like this sell from maybe $250.00 to $600.00.
I hope this has given you all the information you are looking for, if not, please ask more.

Thank You

Sincerely

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
