As with all things, looking at pictures is not as good as actually handling the object. I am a qualified to answer questions about repair, restoration, refinishing, finishes, coatings, stains, historical coatings and materials.

Question
I have 2 twin bed head boards, foot boards and side railings with a tag from Scholle's Chicago. I'd like to get more information on them--style, date and value if you can take a guess. I have more photos but it appears I can only attach one here.

scholles started in the late 1800s and went till the late 20s which is when these beds were made. to tell you any more i would need to see pictures of all the pieces, clear infocus pics to bobklein1@cox.net, jpg files attached to the email and include the original question.
these are probably the williams patent beds that they produced, very high styled and great quality.
