Question
How would I go about finding out what a 1950's pepsi machine is worth?

Answer
Hi Paulette,

That is a hard one, but first you need to know who manufactured the machine and what the model number is, that what brand is on the outside in which case you have that which is Pepsi but they did not machine the cooler so you need to know who did, you should find a model/serial number tag on the cooler somewhere for this information. Once you have that information there is a slight chance I can help you from there or if I had a photo of it. Have one? send it to Jackpot7@q.com After getting all this information together you can do a search for that model number on the Internet or ebay and start to follow values to get and idea of what it is worth. I may have it listed but I need some more information or a photo to even try. I hope this gives you the information you were asking about, and how to go about researching value.

Thank You

Sincerely

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
