Question
Hello,

I was having a clear-out in my parent's attic a set of Pewter items (with
Selangor Pewter engraving) bought in Malaysia in the 1970's.

The set contains, 2 mugs, 2 thin vases, a salt and a pepper shaker, a mustard
pot, and napkin rings. All have a Penang design engraved on them.

Do you think this is worth anything or should just be donated to the charity
shop?

Thank you.

Hello Daniella,

Royal Selangor is a large manufacturer in Malaysia, who are still active today. Their website is: www.royalselangor.com

Such objects have value only as either decorative pieces or functional objects. It is unlikely any of them would attract significant interest if offered for sale.

Hope that helps.
