About Rodger Knutson
Expertise
I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience
I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!

Collectibles-General (Antiques) - Flintstone Vending Machine "Dino Lucky Egg"

Expert: Rodger Knutson - 4/9/2009

Question
I have the shell of this machine but cannot find the parts with Fred to put back in to make it usable?  Can you please let me know if I can still find them or who the manufacturer was of this machine.  I think it was from the 1970s.  Let me know if it is worth fixing.  Thanks

Answer
I just found another one if your interested, it's at:
http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/atq/1284658326.htmlLorie,
Rodger

I just found this, just now, like this morning, and it real close to me, just across the sound and a hand full of miles north of me.

You could buy this one for $350.00 right now, so now we have an idea as to the value of yours. But not sure about parts or who made it. You could by this one and part out yours, might be cheaper then buying parts if you could. Or give these people a call and see if they know anything.

Hi again Lorie,

Say I found this for you:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Flintstones-Dino-Egg-Prize-Machine-Works-Great_W0QQitemZ1103...

Or if the link is not good for you, go to ebay and look up Item number: 110375571433

The seller is inviting questions so maybe they can direct you to parts??

Good Luck

Rodger

This is to new Lorie for me to help you, I deal only in really old antique coin machines. I would call some of your amusement suppliers found in the phone book or the manufacture of the machine. Sorry I can't help you. Sounds like it would be a fun game to own if you can find the parts. Can you find the manufacture on it somewhere?
Cheers
