About Rodger Knutson
Expertise
I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience
I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!

Question
I have a 1947 all wood Jukebox, it is called Singing Tower made in Canada. Just want to know more about it. It is a coin operated .05

Answer
Hi Bob,

You are not even telling me who made it? Was it made by AMI? if so it's not 1947, it would be 1939 to 41. I don't have a lot of information on this, if this is even the right box, if so, I have a little to share with you. Could this be the box, is yours an AMI, have a model number, make, or photo or anything else? Send photo to jackpot7@ix.netcom.com if you have one. Also if this is the box, I prefer to scan the information I have and attach it to your email and return it, if it's OK with you and you and you write me at my email address. I am an old fart ya know, and also a hunt and peck typer, so it's much easer for me to scan and attach and you get more out of it, if that is OK with you.
Thank You
And..... Cheers!
