About Rodger Knutson
Expertise
I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience
I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!

2-BACK HAS COIN CUP MISSING AT BOTTOM AND TOP LOCK MISSING TO HOLD BACK ACCESS DOOR.
3-FRONT 3 STAINLESS TRIM STRIPES MISSING.
4-WHERE YOU DROP COIN IN THE SLIGHT OF YOUR BIRTH MONTH IS GOOD
5-PAINT AND DECALS ON FRONT IN GOOD CONDITION.
WHAT IS SCALE WORTH.THANK YOU GARY

Answer
Hi Gary,

You didn't give me the model number but I believe I found it by your description, so good work! American Scale "Combination Model 530 make in 1968". It took a Penny on the side chute for your weight or a nickel in your birth month in the round marque on top for your weight plus a horoscope reading, model 530 had a red top, model 531 had a green one. "M" models have mirrored Marques. Lowest value collectible scales, "Right from the book". Value $100.00. I would think it would be worth a little more then that, but that's the value guides value.

Hope this helps......
Cheers
