Experience I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
WOW, you are going to have me busy this morning with the three questions, but lets get at it, in rapid fire action.........
First, the following information about jukebox grades, there are 5 grades and you have to be the teacher, err (grader) as I can't be with your jukebox's to grade them.
Grade 1 is "Restored", 100 percent perfect.
Grade 2 is "Refurbished", good looking, ready to play, sound great.
Grade 3 is "As is good", from working location to a house, might need normal work, may not be working but not abused, a good family project.
Grade 4 is "As is poor", not working moved to the garage or barn, rough, rusty, maybe dented, dirty maybe with critters living inside it, not much missing but maybe a broken glass or two, for a low-budget hobbyist, inexpensive purchasing & expensive rehabbing.
Grade 5 is "Parts Machine" a hardcore junker.
Other information: Grades 1 & 2 are Retail Prices in a retail store with delivery, set up, warranty, service and parts for a fee when necessary. Grades 3,4 & 5 are wholesale prices a dealer might offer to buy your jukebox. So Grades 1 & 2 are prices in a retail store or (auction). Grades 3,4 & 5 are Wholesale prices--'AS IS'.

It looks like a painted model number on the tag, and I think it must of got the top part of the B erased somehow, as they never made a M1006, and your box is a perfect match for the M100B. Also the top of the 6 or your number is bending down like a "B" for the making of a B, and not straight as most "6's" would be. You can bet her all on this being a Model M100B and not a M1006, you can lose the bet because it's a sure thing. Thanks for adding the tag photo and the great feedback! Also, Nice Jukebox's!
