Answer style is eastlake victorian form the 1880-1890 period. it is in walnut an should have burl walnut on the raised panels, the drop pulls are appropriate. The drawer joints could be scalloped and pegged joinery, machine cut or hand cut, I would need to see a picture to tell. These sell in shops for 800-1500 depending on the condition and overall balance and style. There were tens of thousands of manufacturers at that time so knowing the origin would be impossible without a label. Usually labels would be stenciled, written in a black marker of some type on the back, under a drawer or printed on the back of the mirror.

although these sell for 800-1500 in shops depending on the location, selling it as an individual you will not get what you are hoping for. 500-750 tops would be my estimate.
