Hello,
I have a Toledo scale no 454c no141160 I would like to know what it was used for? and maybe a general value?
Answer Hi Janet,
Your Toledo fan top Computing scale might have been used in a General or Grocery store for weighing produce or meat. The porcelain plate made it easy to clean between uses if necessary. Scales like yours are generally not of interest to scale collectors due to their large size and heavy weight. Their value can often be to decorators who like to use then as a Kitchen focal point. Retail value might be $75-$200.
