Question
I have a 1957 Williams Deluxe Baseball Machine. It is in good condition but i would like to restore it 100%. I cannot find anyone or anyplace to by parts for it.

Answer
Hi Bob,

Nice game but your going to have a hard time finding parts for this one. This is why I will suggest that you get a subscription to the Game Room Magazine and run adds, and watch the adds as if you going to find help, this is the place your most likely going to find it, this web site is at: http://www.gameroommag.com/ Also in this magazine you will find people who restore these and other arcade games.

Also Bob, this might be another hot tip for you to round down, there is a guy by the name of John, who is a dealer in this kind of stuff in Vancouver Canada and just a year or two he made a great find of a old dealers warehouse of games and a huge amount of N.O.S. parts, and maybe he has some stuff for you, also he has been in the business for a very long time so he might know where to send you also. His web site is at: http://www.flippers.com/

Other then that, keep searching ebay under arcade non video, arcade, and web search dealers and send emails and just keep digging OK, and you will find some help out there somewhere. If I can find anything for you, I'll come back and add, or revise this answer so watch for all experts mail.

I hope this gives our some fresh ideas and maybe John's Jukes web site will land you in the middle of a new parts inventory hoard, new stuff just waiting for you, wouldn't that be a wonderful thing. Also when you send emails out to dealers, try to list all the parts you need, and for what game, as many save these wanted emails for when they run into stuff, and you remain high on the list this way.

Thank You

Sincerely

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
