Question Hi Joe,
I've been storing this pinball machine for a number of years and now wish to resume using it. Last night I semi-assembled it (without mounting the legs) and plugged it in. The lights work, the ball return works but the flippers don't. I thought I had perhaps tilted it but reset the machine and they still don't respond. I can't remember if there was a separate panel to plug the flippers into, or perhaps a fuse has gone on it. Do you know offhand if I should be looking for another set of connections for the flippers?
Many thanks for your thoughts,
Gail
Answer Hi Gail,
I haven't had this pinball so I am not sure, but it sounds to me that you might of missed a plug somewhere, If it was working fine before, then I would be following the flipper circut looking to a plug. Or it's possible something else could be wrong. Being they both don't work and did bwork efore, my guess would be a plug, or one of you fuses might have a bad connection or blown.
I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Experience
I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
