Question

Pro Football
I have a Gottlieb Pro Football pinball machine, it was purchased in the 1970's and I am wondering what its value is today. It lights up but does not work otherwise.

Answer
Jennifer,

I seen you rating of me for Knowledge was only a 7 and clarity of answer only a seven also? All you were asking for was a free appraisal of this machine, and I gave it to you below for free? That is the best anyone can do. No one would or will even give you one without being able to see it. Anyway I just don't understand this at all, so I am tail lights, I am out of here.

Hi Jennifer,

Your Gottlieb Pro-Football pinball machine was released for sale in February of 1973, a one player game, and they produced 4,500 of these units, value in average working condition as of 2010 is $525.00. To figure out it's real value, subtract the cost of repair from this amount. But this is just a guide value and this is not a blue book, there is not a blue book for these antique games. I hope this gets you the information you wanted to know.

Thank You

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
