Collectibles-General (Antiques)/juke box

Question
Hello,
I have to sell one or both my restored juke boxes and wonder what they're worth in this market. The restoration was about 7 years ago. I'd consider them about an 8 out of 10, no broken glass, lights work, mech works, sound is good (amps were recapped), with working coin mechs, both full of records.
1. 1947 Seeburg Trash Can, 78 rpm
2. 1952 Wurlitzer 1450.

Thank you for any help you can be.

Answer
Hi Dale,

If you could email me at Jackpot7@q.com and ask for the jukebox guide, I'll attach a pile of information about grading your jukebox's, so you can determine their proper values. There are 5 grades, and five values, one for each grade, so, first it's best to grade them first properly, then check the values under the grade table I'll email you. However, just for right now, a grade two 1947 Seeburg being sold retail has a value of $2,000.00. A grade two model 1450 Wurlitzer has a value of 2,500.00 The information I have for you will explain everything about this.

Thank You
Sincerely

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
