QUESTION: Larry,
I guess I can't "rate" your answer, because there isn't one.
I'm going to attempt to attach an image or two. hope it helps.
These images were taken with the GLASS TOP removed to try and reduce
"flash glare". the two covers that go on to cover the access holes
have been remover to falcilite handling of the unit.

Answer
Hi Gary, The Deluxe e three came out in January of 1934.  It was made by  Kenneth C. Shyvers of Seattle Washington. He made 10-20 pinball games, his most successful being Cannon Fire, where the pinballs would be shot out of cannons.  He also working on slot machine and jukebox designs.  Value on this game would be $200-300, as early 1930's games are not terribly collectible.  Larry www.coinoplibrary.com
