Question
This is a model 707, green metal, Betsy Ross Pat. Pend Made in U.S.A., in a carrying case that is red. It is electric. What I have found are others like it but not in a case. What I need to know is about the machine and how to thread the bobbin and can I get parts. The knob to turn the wheel is gone. I can't figure out where the bobbin goes. I even went to JoAnn's Fabric store and they couldn't figure it out. It works nice if only I could get the bobbin to thread.

Expertise

I have been a collector of antique sewing tools and thimbles for over 30 years. I am also a dealer in this field and sell on eBay under the name -- serengeti2. I am NOT, and I repeat NOT an expert on antique or vintage domestic household sewing machines used for everyday home sewing. I can offer help when it comes to TOY or miniature collectible sewing machines ONLY.
