Question
I have an older soda machine, I am not sure what kind, but it has 3 slots for can, 1 slot for 16oz bottles, ands 2 Slots for 20oz bottles. On the coin selector that have small plastic pins that go on top for the coin turn slot... I am missing some pins, there fore it will not work, Do you know where I can find these pins? They are plastic, Black, about a cm long, and they just push down into a space, that allows the turn slot to turn. I know I not explaining this very good, but can you help me???

Answer
Hi John,

Well, I am confused about the part and machine, and I don't really work on very many vending machines like this. But I am wondering if you can email some photo's of this part or is it vending specific? Specific part to this machine? Anyway if you can email photos, send them to Jackpot7@q.com There are a few web sites that specialize in vending machines. I have found them by typing in antique vending machine and other descriptions, like the manufacture name or even game room candy vending machines or antique vending machine parts might be the best search words. search by using google or others.

Thank You
Sincerely

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
