Question

Cooler
I have a Bevador cooler with the beer cap top. we still use it daily was wondering what the value would be for it.

Answer
Hi Gregg,

Sorry but I have no idea as to there value. I have had questions about them, and I have also see tow of them working on location in a tavern in Portland Oregon that has since closed. I was thinking of making an offer on the two but I never did. I haven't see any show up in auctions but I am sure they have. To establish a value you would have to be able to track sales and auction prices to arrive at an average value and for that to happen, there would have to be several being sold. So, it back to this formula: The true value of an antique is what the owner will sell the item for and what the buyer is willing to pay for it. If one were to see one sell at one of the larger antique auctions at least then we would have some idea of value. Its wonderful!, and I would really like to thank you for posting a photo of it. Makes me wish I would of bought those two that I had seen years ago. They were just like yours, the same size. I guess they may of only made one size, do you know? Have you been able to find any information on it? I answer questions on coin operated machines like antique slot machines here, and this is outside of my beaten path, but this COOL cooler always deserves a place here anytime. If you want to sell it sometime and if maybe we can arrive at a price I might be very interested. Until then I'll keep looking around and keep an eye out for any others to see what they are selling for or if there is some kind of value to start with for the Bevdaor Cooler. Thanks again for sharing the photo!, and to see it still working and on location, WOW!. My email address is: Jackpot7@q.com if and when you might want to talk about it sometime. Att: People, Does anyone else out there know anything about these?

Thank You

Sincerely.....

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
