Question
Hello,
I have a 1993 model S-3WT-10 Bally Slot machine.  The handle is locked and when you drop a coin, the wheels do not spin and the coin falls outside the coin catcher.  Also, where can I get a manual for this particular model?

Answer
Hi Again there Joe,

Thanks for the photo's, Bally model numbers doesn't help anyone much help on determining which series of machine a particular machine might be for location a manual, but a photo did, and will tell which series it is, on these later series of slot machines. You have a Bally S5500 series slot machine also know as the "Bally Pro "Reel" Slot S5500" and there is a manual for just this game at:

http://jackpot7.freeyellow.com/page21.html

If you can read the coins in/out/winers paid display it should be giving you and error code, and the manual will tell you how to fix and reset this error code.

Thank You

Hi Jose,

Well it sounds like it's in a tilt mode for sure, By your numbers I can't tell what the model series is, Bally numbers just don't work good for identifying there slot series for finding the right model. Is it possible for you to email me a photo of the outside and one of the inside so I can find what model of manual you need to look for? Is so, please email them to me at Jackpot7@q.com Is the machine giving you anything on the displays like error codes?
Thanks Jose.

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
