i have a two part silver thimble top half is a hand painted cat bottom just regular thimble  ive had an atique dealer in the area who pays half price for items but cant find a close enough item but says he will give me 125 dollars 4 it so he thinks its at least worth 250 dolars can u help me not get ripped off?
