Question
I bought a Six Million Dollar Man pinball machine about 10 years ago that was not working was told it would not take much to get it going.  I put it to the side, then it got put on the back burner.  Nothing has been done with it.  It is in good shape but now I was told I possibly could have ruined it because the battery could of leaked if it was not removed.  Is this true?  I was going to sell it but did i really ruin it? How can I tell?  Your answer would be appreciated. I could send you pics if needed.

Answer
Bonita, If you look on the right side of the top cabinet there is a lock.  If you turn that to the side you can lift and remove the painted backglass.  Then loosen the two screws on the right and swing the inside door open.  Looking straight inside there is a large circuit board straight ahead. At the bottom of the board there should be some batteries mounted.  Look for leaking stains or corrosion on the board.  A replacement can be had for the board even if it is bad.  Larry
