Question
hi Rodger i was wondering if u knew of anyone in melbourne that could fix my one arm bandit if so could you pass on a contact number thanks for your help luke

Answer
Hi Luke,

This is not easy but I do have a couple of leads for you. I have a name and phone number for someone in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia who in a member of C.O.C.A. this is a coin machine collectors club, and this person is a member so they might be able to help you being there collectors. I am not at liberty to post this persons contact information on the Internet so you would have to write me at jackpot7@q.com for this information if you want to try to contact them and see if they can help you. There is another site for help, and there is a slot repair person who is also in Australia, this site is at:

http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php

All these people here will be glad to help you if you just ask, the member from this site who is also like you, down under, uses the handle "fiddlefarter" on this N.L.G. web sight. This is an extremely helpful site, there are a lot of slot machine dealers, slot technicians, collectors, casino technicians, all there and will be happy to try to help you with your machine.

I am sure there would be other people in your area but this is all the information I can come up with being so far away, but these are good leads, that should get you there Luke.

There are some manuals this web site, and some are aristocrat, you may find something if you need a manual:

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
