Question
We have a Penn shuffleboard like the one that you had corresponded with Cheryl about.  What can you tell us about it?  It also has to be refinished.  Does it have any value?

Thanks
Phyllis

Answer
Hi Phyllis,

I can't tell you much more about it as I deal in coin operated games, and the shuffle board mostly are not, some are coin operated but only for scoring. Did you see the links that I let for the other answers as there is almost a forum on these where you can find a lot of information about them, and where to get parts, wax, and that sort of thing. I'll give you the link in case you didn't run into it. Also if you type in shuffle board in the find box above you will find other information about these. Here is that link:

Value? Here's the problem with that, they are huge and not a lot of people have the room for them, there heavy and expensive to try to ship. So to get value you have to find a buyer first, then you might get 200.00 to 1,000.00 out of it depending on just how nice it is. I would even try selling one to a tavern if I had one as some places like the old games again. The link provided should help you find your machine, and model, and information and everything about it. I hope this gets you everything in information that your looking for.

Thank You
Sincerely

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Please email photo's to: jackpot7@ix.netcom.com My web site is at: http://www.coinslots.com

Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
