Answer

Mills Vest Pocket
Hi kIim,

This just has to be, "by your great description", the worlds smallest payout slot machine bade by Mills and called "The Mills Vest Pocket Slot Machine". There are a bunch of these that survived and I see them selling all the time. They are known for jamming up. So if yours doesn't jam up all the time you are Lucky and you have a super great little powerhouse slot machine. These had four suction cup feet which would hold it in place on the counter, and a flip over metal award card, so when the cops cam in you would just flip it over to cover the reel glass and the thing would just look like a toaster or something. Who would ever guess that this small little metal box, some chrome plated and some just painted, would be a real working payout slot machine? WOW, way cool these things were. I'll attach some history and value information here to this answer for you and you should be able to just print it out so you have a copy. Value, varies, and I see them trade in the 300.00 to 600.00 area. I hope we have guessed the right machine here for you with your description, I can say it's a 99.9 percent chance that we nailed it for you.

Expertise

I am an expert on old coin operated machines, slot machines, trade stimulator's, jukeboxes, old arcade machines, etc. I have been identifying these for people who respond to my web site listed below, for a few years now. In almost all cases I am able to tell them about their old coin operated machines, the year, the value, and other general information about their machines. I do not know much about soda vending machines, coin banks, or scales, but I will try to help you with these if I can. Experience

I bought my first slot machine, a .50 Cent Mills Black Cherry in 1969 and have been hooked from that time, I still have that Slot machine! Before that I found a open barrel full of old scraped jukebox wall boxes behind a restaurant, I wanted them all but never took a one of them. Anything that took a coin drove me nuts!
