Collectibles-General (Antiques)/furniture information and estimate for $

I have the following chair and see that it is similar to another chair that someone asked about back in 2010.  Could you please provide some information about this furniture and let me know what you think it should sell for.
Please see the 2010 question below:

Kathleen's chair
My cousin has had this chair in the family 50+ years.
We intend to have it re-upholstered. We are wondering what period it is of and how old it may be.

it is a birchwood colonial revival rocker from 1900-1920.  it is done in a modified empire style.  some refer to this as third period empire but that is an auctioneers chant.

it was stained with a water based aniline dye to appear mahogany.

great chair an was part of a set at birth.  wonderful lines and feet.

retail in a shop as is 250-300

Please send me a photo if you would like me to help you, I am not the expert who answered the previous question and I do not think I would agree to his valuation in an retail shop, it seems too high for the quality. But I will tell you what I think if you send me a photo.
