Collectibles-General (Antiques)/recalibrating platform scale

I have a 1906 Buffalo platform scale and need to know how to calibrate it.

Hi Russell,

As far as we know there are no books or manuals explaining how to calibrate these old platform scales. We do know that they must be level and that many times they are too worn to be calibrated. You may be able to find an old scale repair man in your area who is able to help.

Sorry we can't help more.
