ANSWER: This desk is a reproduction made in the first half of the 20th century, Desks like this can be found at used furniture stores of  antique dealers selling for around 500 to 800  dollars.

This is a mix of styles and invention of design details from the 20th century, Reproduction furniture makers often changed the details so not to call their pieces copies of a specific style, The leg is queen ann and chippendale but the foot carving is neither.  I hope this helps.
