Question
I have a green metal trunk with a lift out tray.
On the lid theres an oval logo.
 "GENERAL PRODUCTS"
     CENTRAL FALLS
         DATE 1949.
        IT HAS A LOOP TO PUT A LOCK ON
         SIDE HANDLES ARE METAL NOT SURE IF BRASS
         What do u value this trunk at ?

Hi Donna,

I saw the pictures you sent. This is a footlocker type trunk made under government contract for the U.S.Army in 1949.  These have some value but not usually very high as many of them can still be found and there aren't too many people looking to buy them. I've actually been contacted by quite a few people looking to sell similar army trunks. I've seen them sell at flea markets and in auctions in the range of $25 to $50 most of the time. To some people there may be a higher sentimental value, but that's about all they usually sell for now.  I hope that helps.
