Hey Herman, thanks for reaching out.  Out of curiosity, how did you decide that was pottery?  Any time I see silver (assuming that is inlaid silver) I usually think art glass.  If it isn't art glass then I think the next likely alternative would be porcelain.  It is unlike any art pottery I have ever seen.  I don't have anything like it on my site about antique pottery.  Honestly, the first thing I thought was Frederick Carder this vase:  http://jamesdjulia.com/auctions/catalog_detail_shots.asp?Details=66805&sale=344.  However, if yours is something like that then it should be marked.
