these also belonged to my grandmother. All of the dogs and cats have Japan on bottom. A friend of mine said they might be some f the older ones that have value, were they right? The 2 naked lady bookends i have not been able to find anything that even resembles these. Im not sure what they are made of, they are kinda heavy, but not glass or porcelin though.

Answer
Hi Katrina,
The dogs and cats are not usually valuable. They were mass manufactured for export before WWII. Those bookend are the most valuable item. Are there markings on the bottom? I suspect these are bronze and date around 1920. Please don't sell them until we can work as a team to get  them identified. Go ahead and email more photos to me @ antiqueexperts@gmail.com

Thanks!
Brandi
