I was wondering what information you could give me about this blue and white brass bowl, specifically approximate year of production and approximate current value.

it is 27'' wide including brass handle, and 9" tall.

This is a 20th century reproduction, it looks like this was made circa 1960. An original bowl would have been made circa 1760s and would had a marking on the bottom and the bronze would have a makers mark. You can find this type of bowl in a lot of decorative furnishing shops and low end antique shops and would be sold for around 200 dollars maximum. This means if you were to sell it to a store you may be able to get around  50% of the value, or around 100 dollars.
