I have a really old rocking chair that belonged to my great grandmother. I've never seen one like it but it has a frank & son label on the bottom. I was wondering if you could give me any information on it and what it would be worth.

Answer
Nicole - Your platform rocker is made of maple and was made in the mid to late 1950s.It has no antique or collector value. Here is some history of the company.

The rockcer would sell at auction in the $50 range.

Thanks for writing.
