Question

Antique Pewter Cup
Hi, I bought what appears to be a handmade antique pewter cup today at a garage sale.  I am wondering where it came from.  The cup is approx 4-5 in tall, has handmade flower designs all over it with 3 leaf clovers at the top and base of the cup.  The cup smells like coins (money).  The design is in silver and gold colors, it looks tarnished.  I do not see any markings anywhere on the cup.  See attached image.

This appears to be a type of metalwork made in India, similar to bidriware. Made in vast quantities in modern times, often brought to the west as tourist souvenirs.

A garage sale is the right place for it, in my view!
