Question
I HAVE A VERY OLD SINGER SEWING MACHINE IN ITS OWN TABLE  WITH A FLIP TOP IM NOT SURE HOW OLD IT IS ELECTRIC GOOD CONDITION  TABLE NEEDS TO BE REDONE I AM INTERESTED IN SELLING IT AND WOULD LIKE TO NOW HOW MUCH IT MAY BE WORTH THANK YOU

Answer
Hello Kristin.  I'm afraid sewing machines are not my area of expertise.  However, let me suggest you find an antiques dealer or appraiser in your area to take a look at your machine.  Working order and condition have much to do with value, and that type of decision needs a hands-on approach.  There are many web sites devoted to sewing machines, and a number of them are Singer specific.  You might want to do a little research on your own before meeting with anyone.  Also, there are a few books out written strictly about sewing machines.  Your local library or book store may be able to help you, too.  Best of luck....Barb
